Things I’m loving this week…
- Pillow Cases from Silvon
One of the most overlooked reasons as to why your skin keeps breaking out: your pillowcase. I am always on the hunt to help keep up with my skin care routine and I recently stumbled upon Silvon. Silvon’s pillowcases repel acne-causing bacteria and all while you are sleeping (you don’t have to do anything!). When I begin apartment shopping, this will be at the top of my shopping list.
2. Superdown Eleen Blouson Top from Revolve
I’m going to New York at the end of the month for my best friend’s birthday, so obviously I’m already planning out my outfits. I just ordered this top for a possible dinner or brunch look to be paired with leather pants (these are also on my shopping list). So if anyone has any good leather pants recommendations, you know where to reach me!
3. Original Play Speckled Platform Waterproof Hunter Rain Boot
I am getting way more use out of these little rain boots than I originally planned. I never thought I would be rocking Hunter boots again after retiring my tall black ones with Penn State colored boot socks in 2016, but trends always seem to make their way back around. I’m really into green right now and was nervous these wouldn’t match much, but they go with everything! These are perfect for snow days when I have to run errands. Running to the grocery store? These boots are perfect to elevate your fit!
4. Hazel Grey Boutique in the Strip District
If you’re in Pittsburgh (or not), you need to check out this cute new boutique in the strip called Hazel Grey. They have a lot of quality staples ranging from neutral sweaters to bodysuits. While I was there I purchased the black sweater by French Connection (above on the left). They also carry some great brands like WeWoreWhat, which I have not seen in a store before. Whether you’re shopping for yourself or a gift for a friend, I guarantee you will find something you like here!
